  • Frühstück sehr gut. Essen ausgezeichnet (Mittag- und Abendessen)

  • Im Zimmer war zwar ein Fernsehgerät, aber man konnte nur tschechische Sender empfangen. Auch auf Nachfrage unsererseits hat sich nichts geändert. Wir waren - unseres Erachtens - die einzigen deutschen Gäste.

  • Vyborna poloha pro lyzovani na Jestedu,vyborna dostupnost MHD.

  • Koupelna nebyla nejcistsi, zapraseny zebrik na suseni rucniku, personal pri kazdodennim uklidu jen ustlal ale nevymenil spinavy rucnik lezici na zemi.

Omlouváme se za ne zcela kvalitní průběhový úklid, nechceme se v žádném případě vymlouvat, ale zrovna nám nastala situace, že mezi svátky měla většina personálu dovolenou a nebo byla na nemocenské, navíc se chystala silvestrovaká akce, tudíž průběžné úklidy prováděly brigádnice nebo samy provozní, které nestíhaly.
Příště se budeme více snažit!
